My service advisor was efficient, and the techs finished my service in a timely fashion. Wish they had more coffee/drink options when waiting for service to be completed. Orin was exceptional in that he found that I left my new book and contacted me and told me that he would hold it safely behind the counter. Only downside is that I don't understand why you don't vacuum the car out or clean the windows like the other oil change places do for free during service.
