I'm not quite sure why the bad survey and the statement about the advisor not being honest, but I assume it has to do with a key fob battery and a key that you say we lost but the the advisor and the tech both say wasn't there... this is ok because we have ordered the key as I told you we would. These guys see quite a few people everyday so forgive us if we accidently mix you up with another customer and apologize and correct the statement of who changed your key fob battery, since the techs usually change out the batteries as the advisor stated. The other issue is repair didn't fix the problem? You came in for an oil change, so I am confused on that point, but if there is anything we can do please give us call.

this is 100% an incorrect survey. customer has brought car in to have repairs and 0 problems have been found multiple times. we have provided loaner cars. we have taken loaner cars to customer. we have gotten volkswagen of america involved and they found nothing. we stole nothing from the customer and do not agree with this survey at all... not correct
