Chris Smith is an absolute asset to your company. He is thorough, knowledgeable and direct. He does not push. This is my second VW, and I love them now. The manger is also great. And the finance manager is great also. You have a very good team.

I was very unhappy with finding out the rear hatch bar was not under warranty. My wife and i are elderly people and are the only people that have driven the car( It is a 2024 with only a little over two thousand miles on it. There has been nothing but very small sacks of groceries in the trunk during that time. The bar was bent and I have not idea of how that could have occurred. The wind had never blown the trunk lid all the way up up and nothing ever hit it. It must have happened because of a weak piece. I thought the service people were very courteous and kept us up to date. MY low rating was only due to the non warranty item.
