The front desk service staff was superb - really great. Only downside was after first 10,000 service for my 2025 Jetta, the tire pressure sensor had not been re-set, and CarPlay wasn’t re-set. I had to pull over and figure out how to do it, and eventually had to call the service dept. to learn how to restore CarPlay. Otherwise things were great.

Car was never fixed after paying$1,300 and then saying need another $1,300 for air conditioning compressor. Left dealership and car would not start go into to gear. Just towed to another local shop advised compressor is fine and is working on what Bill White said they had fixed.

We actually did fix the vehicle as it did not run when it was towed here and it would start and run when it left. You had installed a battery backwards and caused quite a bit of electrical damage, we finally got to where the vehicle would start but and run but the ac would not stay on due to it blowing fuses. We unplugged the compressor and that fuse stopped blowing. We advised the need of the compressor and further electrical diagnosis but you wanted to stop. Once again we were going through the problem created by a battery installed backwards by you or someone (not us) Have a great day!
