I don't put very many miles on my Tiguan annually... So it took quite a while before I was ready for my first oil change. That being said, I was curious how the experience would compare to the previous dealership/brand that I had been loyal to since 2003. Long story short. It was great. Friendly staff. Fast service. I was in and out. That's really all I want when it comes to servicing my vehicle.

I was quoted $1,906.35 to fix my vehicle and I called another VW dealer and for the same exact repair was $1,495. The previous maintenance I had done at Bill White I was told I needed a new battery and I declined to replace. When I picked my vehicle up this week I read over the report and said my battery tested good and it’s the same battery. They have tried to screw me over 2 times now and there will never be a second time.
